Marketing Your Legal Practice Using Social Media
At an open meeting of the Law Practice Management Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association this afternoon, I gave a presentation on social media as a set of tools for marketing a legal practice, focusing on blogging, twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. My slides are below, for your viewing pleasure. I think the presentation would be of interest to anyone looking into using social media -- not just lawyers. (In a similar vein, see my recent introduction to twitter for lawyers.) Please let me know what you think.

David, thank you for your insightful MBA presentation yesterday and for posting your slides. You gave me a lot of good ideas, and I will start by taking your advice to draft a few blog posts to get a feel for it, find a voice, etc. and then aim to go "live" sometime soon. I admire other attorneys, such as you, who are really out front in advantageously utilizing new technologies--great job and thanks again for sharing your insights and experience.
